 Kicking off with their first event of the year, Producer Gathering are back with their next live gathering on Thursday, 28th March.

Producer Gathering is thrilled to announce their upcoming event in partnership with Marlborough Productions and Creative Basildon. Hosted at the Towngate Theatre in Basildon.

Join us for a day of inspiration, collaboration, and mutual support as we delve into two dynamic conversations:

• Artist-Producer Relationships: Exploring the intricacies of dynamics between artists and producers. Engage in insightful discussions as we’re joined by experienced producers with their key knowledge on successful collaborations and mutual growth.
• Best Practices for Freelance Producing:  Understanding the essential strategies and tactics crucial for working in the realm of freelance producing. Tailored specifically for mid-career and independent producers, this conversation promises practical advice, real-world examples, and the opportunity to network and connect with your peers.

Producer Gathering is a vibrant space to exchange information, experiences, and insights on working models. Strengthen your networks, forge new collaborations, and connect with like-minded professionals from the arts sector.

This event is suitable for all levels of experience and all career stages – everyone is welcome. Full programme is to be announced. Lunch is included, with informal social time from 17.00 and all attendees are invited to stay afterwards to see a show together at 8:00pm (tickets for this are booked separately through Towngate)
