HOT WEATHER GUIDANCE
As temperatures are set to be unusually high until the end of the week, we’re working hard to keep our building, customers and audiences as cool and comfortable as possible.
We have air handling in effect to regulate temperatures in both the Main Auditorium and Mirren Studio, here are some additional suggestions on how to keep cool when visiting the Towngate:
- Wear light clothes where possible
- Give yourself plenty of time to arrive
- Stay hydrated before and throughout your visit
We would encourage all patrons to bring a bottle of water with you, complimentary jugs of water will also be available in our Café Bars.
If you require any assistance during your visit, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to help.
Please note: There are no plans to cancel or reschedule the performances of K-POP All Stars (24 June) or Bailar Billericay (26 & 27 June). Therefore our standard Terms & Conditions apply, where tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If this changes in the future, our Box Office team will contact all bookers directly.
