Monday Movies

Movie Mondays are our new monthly daytime film screenings.

We will be showing well-known and much-loved films in a calm and comfortable setting. The lights will stay softly on, and the sound won’t be too loud. There is no pressure to sit still or be quiet. You are free to move around, chat, or take a break if you need to. These screenings will be suitable for people living with dementia and their carers, or anyone who may benefit from a relaxed environment.

Every ticket includes a free tea or coffee and a slice of cake, giving you the chance to enjoy a warm welcome and some friendly conversation before settling in to watch the film.

We want every guest to feel relaxed, supported, and able to fully enjoy their visit. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that attendees living with dementia are accompanied by a carer, family member, or companion throughout the event. Together, we can create a welcoming environment and share the joy of the movies.

Film titles and screening dates change each month – November’s movie is an early festive treat, Love Actually!
