Allocated disabled parking bays

There are allocated parking bays for people with disabilities in the parking area at the rear of the theatre.

The Towngate Theatre has ground level access into the building.

The Main Auditorium has two Slip boxes on the stalls level. Wheelchair access to these boxes is via a wheelchair lift.
Wheelchair allocated spaces must be booked in advance at the Box Office, and notice given if wheelchair assistance is required.
Please allow extra time to be seated if you require assistance.

Please note: There is step-free accessible seating in Row J of the Stalls (which are available to purchase online), although please be aware that these seats are not suitable for wheelchairs

There is space for two wheelchairs in Row C of the Mirren Studio which is on the ground floor. No special arrangements are required in order for wheelchairs to access these spaces.

There is a wheelchair accessible toilet suitable for people with disabilities located on the ground floor of the theatre.
