HOT WEATHER GUIDANCE FOR TOWNGATE THEATRE

As temperatures are set to be unusually high until the end of the week, we’re working hard to keep our building, customers and audiences as cool and comfortable as possible.

We have air handling in effect to regulate temperatures in both the Main Auditorium and Mirren Studio, here are some additional suggestions on how to keep cool when visiting the Towngate:

• Wear light clothes where possible
• Give yourself plenty of time to arrive
• Stay hydrated before and throughout your visit

We would encourage all patrons to bring a bottle of water with you, complimentary jugs of water will also be available in our Café Bars.

If you require any assistance during your visit, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to help.

Please note: There are no plans to cancel or reschedule the performances of K-POP All Stars (24 June) or Bailar Billericay (26 & 27 June). Therefore our standard Terms & Conditions apply, where tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. If this changes in the future, our Box Office team will contact all bookers directly.

PLEASE READ THE STEPS BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH A CODE

1. Click on the performance you wish to attend which will take you through to the Seating Plan

2. All the seats will show as grey ‘Unavailable’ dots. Underneath the Seating Plan you will see a box for you to enter your Code. Enter your Booking Code and click the pink Apply Code box. This will unlock the Seating Plan and all Available seats will show as purple Bs

3. Select the seats you wish to book and continue through to the payments page where you can process the transaction as usual

Babes in Arms Tickets
There is a £2.50 Babes in Arms ticket available for this production, this ticket is only valid for Babes who must be held and therefore do not require a seat. These tickets can be booked separately to your Adult and Concession tickets, as they are not available to purchase online. To book a ticket for your Babe, you can either call us on 01268 205 300, or email the team at towngateboxoffice@basildon.gov.uk or book at the Box Office counter.
